I ordered a pizza to be delivered by 11:30 a.m. The pizza did not arrive until 12:15 pm. It tasted terrible- dry and not fresh. I called to let the store know at 11:50 that my pizza had not arrived and the answer I received was it is ready, there is not a delivery driver to bring it. I could not leave work to pick up the pizza.

The absolute worst experience I have delt with. We called and ordered 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. We were asked cash or card. We chose cash. Was told it would be 35-45 min and an hour after later we called and was told our order was declined due to cash payment. Manager said delivery is another 35-45 min. It’s 10pm. We ordered again and paid with card. Another hour goes by and we call to check on our food. The manager told us the food left 5 min ago and would be here in 10-15 it’s now 12 and they charged me and the food was never delivered and they are now closed!!! Charged my card but never delivered my food. I will never order with Papa Johns again!

They have the best stuffed crust out of anyone that does it easily. Problem is I am non stop getting undercooked and doughy pizza because they don't cook it long enough. And when I say doughy, I mean it's fully uncooked where the crust rolls around to meet the pizza toppings. It's happened 4 out of the last 6 times I've ordered it. So if you order their stuffed crust make sure you tell them you want it well done. Otherwise you'll get a soggy uncooked crust 🤮

Order should have arrived between 37-47 minutes. Order finally arrived nearly an hour and a half later, wrong & barely warm. Called to notify them about the error. I was told to give the pizza to the driver in exchange for a new one.....Do better.
