That was the first thing I thought as we purchased our new bedroom set. Diana, our salesperson, made the process a pleasure. Plenty of options, in stock and ready to deliver merchandise, and a super knowledgeable, very personable salesperson, too! Five-star rating is deserved. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service. Worked with Tom for 2 orders. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible and even having a single delivery fee for 2 orders. I also canceled one item and no questions asked, I was fully refunded (which was a hassle to do at other furniture stores). Manager and customer service rep also provided a pleasant shopping experience.

VCF Store #131. Thousands spent on the Posh dining room set preordered back in June. The delivery service was poor, my chairs were left sitting out on the wet street Whole other pieces were brought in. I asked 3 times to bring them in!! I received damaged pieces on 10/05/21. I Called asap, E-mailed pics & video of the damage;10/07/21 went to store to see a manager & only saw a clerk. Today 10/08/21 Still NO return call from a manager to confirm my exchange, discount or delivery refund!!!I may just cancel my order.

Remember this in business always ask for the manager of the store and if they can help you ask for the district manager because everytime I have went in there and I had issue they fixed it I'm sorry that that happened to you cuz we worked too hard for our money to have people playing games with our money or our life
