This vet is absolutely amazing! I will never go anywhere else. Not only are they amazing vets for everyday needs and routine appointments when I comes down to those difficult times with our furry babies they are top notch! They are the most caring staff ever, we recently had to put one of our furry babies down and it was one of those most difficult time every. I can not express enough how supportive, caring and attentive this staff was to our every need and help ease whatever pain they could in support of my family! They will always be my number 1 recommendation in this area. And this as been my experience with them for years and multiple pets. We LOVE ERAH!

I am very disappointed, my third time coming here I was a little skeptical because it wasn’t very warm and friendly. My last visit there we did an examination to get a clearance to get my puppy fixed. I’m at the appointment for like a good 10 minutes talking about dates and we pick a date! she tells me what to do the night before puppy not allowed to eat after 6 PM what time to bring Her, what time to pick up her up. The day of the appointment snowstorm in the morning I still make it in I need to find out they don’t have me at all in the system for any appointments. The front worker was nice enough to still see if they could put me in for an appointment that I clearly already had but whatever it was nice of her to still see if I can stay. And then I hear the vet come in and he kind of slam the door almost hits my puppy and that could hear both of them talking about my so-called appointment I can hear his frustration his tone of voice n about how he’s overbooked today today very uncomfortable for me to hear all that. He sends the front desk lady to get rid of me she has to be the bearer of bad news telling me I have to reschedule I said no thank you I’m good it wasn’t even because of the miscommunication of the appointment it was because of the awkward conversation I heard of the vet doctor having I’m good

Absolutely glad we found this place and so close to home. First time coming here and every one was wonderful. Very kind, our pet felt comfortable with every one even when getting his shots. Very knowledgeable personal. Highly recommended this place. And best part is that they accept walk ins. We found our new clinic. Thanks for the doggy treats!!!
