After my daughter was fired in front of another employee by manager Maria Dill, I sent a complaint to corporate headquarters in Boston. I was assured that my complaint was being investigated and I was free to call or email with any questions. I was so grateful for this kind treatment that I removed my negative reviews on social media (being fired in front of other employees is humiliating and against the protocol of Boston Market's employee handbook). However, after politely following through with two emails and two phone messages to hear the status of my complaint, I've been stonewalled by corporate. Crickets. So my negative reviews remain. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, got her dates confused, missed a weekend shift, and Maria Dill publicly humiliated her. No mercy, no nothing. My daughter, a college student, was sobbing uncontrollably by the time I came to pick her up. Don't send your young vulnerable kids here to be employed.

I ordered 2 meatloaf meals large. The order was messed up. The manager Mary spoke to me and she offered me a way to fix the mess up.

I went inside to order food for me and my wife and the drive thru line outside was very long. So when I entered the restaurant 2 employees were working together to get the drive thru taken care of to get it cleared which was understandable. But the cashier saw me standing at the counter waiting to order and never asked me if I needed help. So I figured I had to wait for one of the drive thru people to help me. A couple entered the restaurant and walked up to the cashier and she asked if she could help them and if they wanted to order something. I interjected and asked why she hadn't asked me if I was ready to order even though I was the only person inside the lobby waiting to order. She looked at me with a glazed look and said I didn't know you wanted to order something. So 1 star they get they didn't have any whole chickens ready to sell and there food was sub par. Boston Market isn't what it used to be. And I won't be going back this one is located in Melrose Park Illinois 👎👎
