My first time visiting Chicago and I wanted to try foods that they're known for, hot dog and Italian beef sandwich. This location has thousands of positive reviews so we decided to give them a try. The cashier wasn't really helpful and our order was not complete and sub par. We both had food with no toppings, so disappointing. If you're from here then you already know what Chicago has to offer and you know how the food should be. However, as a visitor I was relying on the young lady to help guide. As a result, our food did not look like what you've seen in pictures, not even close. Waste of money.

I am mad 🤬 they don't do the grill chicken sandwich on the 🥐 croissant. Proportions has decreased due to COVID-19 inflation. I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken breast was exceptionally small and the chicken breast didn't even cover the circumference of the bread. I'll NEVER buy again!!!!! My niece got the Italian beef with all the fixings dipped and she enjoyed it. Don't go there for a cheap meal. This is on the high end of fast food. I honestly don't think it's worth ALL the money 🤑... I'd rather just cook my own and save a mini fortunate compared to what they give you. They charge an exceptional price for peppers, cheese, hot peppers any additional etc...

I always go here due to them having the pasta/salad menu. All the times I’ve been there, I have always had a good experience. Only once I had an item missing and they quickly resolved my problem. Also the decor is amazing! So much space!
