For the Frankfort, IL location. Many other locations will go over what you ordered when it’s ready. This location did not. I waited 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Received it and got to my car and they forgot 4 items. 2 of which I didn’t notice until after I got home. I went back inside for 2 of the items they forgot (where they gave me attitude about). Overall the food was fine(for the food that was remembered), but service was lacking. Restaurant was dead. I had a pickup at 1pm. If it was prime time I could maybe understand this lack of service and attention.

The guy at the take out window was very friendly and efficient. He seemed very busy but was polite. Order was accurate and food met expectations. 😋 Online ordering from website could use improvement. I couldn't figure out how to add an extra sauce for the cheese curds and with multiple sauces for 1 order it was split eventually between the sauces - you couldn't choose how many of each sauce you wanted.

The last two times for pickup order they screwed the order up. The first time I gave them a courtesy call to let them know and told them they should probably train the staff to repeat the order over the phone. Well, apparently they don't take order screw ups seriously, cause they did it again within two weeks of the last issue. Either the management is incompetent or their staff is. It should not be that difficult to get a basic order correct and it is ridiculous that it is incorrect so often.

We were one of 5 tables in the restaurant and it was definitely slow. Our server was ok and didn't really check on us after we had our food and then didn't really see her at all. Manager came over to ask how dinner was and didn't even pre-bus our table and was watching the Bulls game with another employee. Had to ask for our check because from the server as she finally appeared to greet another table. Wing sauce was not spread evenly over the wings and had to ask for extra wing sauce. Overall food was good but took too long to arrive at the table with only 5 tables in the restaurant. We have also picked up to go orders here and always have something wrong when we get back home. This location has an overall bad rating on google and yelp and I feel it has gone downhill over the last few years.
