Crazy Taxi

Either they are under staff or their working model is wrong. The check out lines are always back up all the time. They usually have 1 or 2 registers open per exit. After 10-15 mins of standing in line and suddenly a few ladies will walk from the back and open a couple more registers. I wondered what are they doing in the back of the store? Taking inventories or playing with their phones. Their working model is in the 70s just like JC Penney/Sears/K-mart. This is why they will fail eventually. Good Luck!

I love this kohl's 💓 They are updating their makeup section and now building a Sephora make up shop inside the store 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰 Update : THE SEPHORA IS AMAZING!!! They have everything well organized and the employee's are very nice

On the plus side, it is nice to have an Amazon return desk there.. this was my first time using it.. the returned was quick and the associate was pleasant. BUT, I had to hike way to the back of the store to get to the Amazon desk. And now, I remember why I no longer shop at Kohl's. Most large stores in our area provide electric carts for those unable to walk easily. Kohl's does not.
