I've been coming here for years. The customer service has always been great, but lately, the quality of the food has been kinda hit or miss. Some days the food is on point, but other times, it seems just thrown together. Also, it wouldn't hurt to use a little salt from time to time!

I had a taste for that Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken Sandwich today so my husband and I visited Blue Island Popeyes. This sandwich was horrible...the sandwich was very dry, the chicken was thinner than the bread and it was not crispy at all it definitely didn't taste like any popeye chicken sandwich I had from other locations. I will not be visiting Blue Island Popeyes again. I will continune to go to Lansing for my FAMOUS FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH..its worth the drive.
