Too many dryers broken and washers. Last week called customer service for a refund and they never called me back

Facility appears clean. I’m here at 10:33an on 1/14/22 and attendant has mask on under her nose. Customers walking around with NI MASKS Attendant was asked by another customer if dryer machine charged her for dry since machine wasn’t working. Attendant didn’t show her how to check her card if she was charged. Dryers are .44cents for 7 minutes. Dryers don’t dry well.

This place takes credit cards to get a laundry card, nice!! Snacks, drinks, tv. Kids won't be bored. old machines are $2.99 Not expensive. 8/12/21. Dear owner, please fix the bathroom. We can't use it for almost 2weeks. Hard with kids. Thanks

Tons of washers & dryers...that were not working. Seemed like only the pricier ones were working, though I did find 2 smaller washers, which was good, because the larger ones were taken except 2 which was taken by me as well. A weeks worth of laundry for a family of 3, who all wear uniforms to work, in addition to their regular clothes, towels, etc. Dryers were 5 & again I think I got the only working ones left. Thankfully we went during the week & not the weekend or morning time. Also because of the prices & laundry card, everything came out to around $40 to wash & dry. I had soap & fabric softener. Also brought wipes from the dollar store mearby, thank GOD, because the laundry folding tables were dirty. This is not the store I remember from a few yrs ago, when I last went.
