HELL YES. I wanted waffles and diner food. I got waffles and diner food. Caveat: I come from Boston, a city which has strangely (and frustratingly) almost NO DINERS – how weirdly un-American! Just how it is where I'm from – boston sucks at breakfast. We're known for brunch, but you can forget about breakfast. SO, my thrill is biased. I come from a diner desert. We were in town briefly for a wedding. And the morning after we bopped in here with high hopes. Well, those hopes were meant and then some! Adel's nailed all my diner hopes and then some! PLUS a charming server who was definitely chatty without being like annoying. (We tipped her well!) Clean as can be, and yet simple as you want. Everything was done well – not too greasy, but also not skimping on the comfort fatty taste you come to a diner for! The onion rings were weirdly heaven. Like, not sure if that is a measure of a place, but they were REALLY weirdly good. If they were free or pre-made, PLEASE don't tel me, because this day they were Hyperion. Waffle? Perfect. Sausage? Perfect. Serving sizes? Big without being crazy. Friendly. Clean. Quick. Calm. Delicious. Diner done correctly. Man, oh, man, what a value and what a great simple meal. Screw that obnoxious faux-fancy place across the way. I wish I ate at Adel's during my whole trip.

We met with our potential landlord for coffee and had a very pleasant time. The waitress and staff were very kind to us. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and their empathy for our situation. Adel's of Healdsburg is awesome!

Awesome little dinner. If I was a local I would eat here all the time. Food was amazing! Would definitely recommend this place. I had the cheddar Benedict, hubby had the corned beef hash. I would recommend either one.

Amazing service. Clean, with comfortable booths Diner-like ambiance. Wait staff were very helpful and Friday. Wings sadly were disppointing - not crispy, and just ' meh' overall. Popcorn shrimp were good, and fried were great, and served piping hot. Think burgers may be a better option.
