First time eating there yesterday, the lady who I spoke with over the phone was extremely nice and when she said the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes it was literally ready in 15 minutes. The overall experience from a customer service standpoint and the quality of food was excellent. I’m not much on writing reviews but I felt it was warranted in this situation.

so there is a guy working the ovens that is a tweeker, He jumps up and down and he shakes and moves his legs up and down all while working the oven as soon as he sees the edge of a pan come within 4 inches from the end of the oven conveyer he grabs it out and cuts it and puts it in the box. Needless to say first time two weeks ago I had half cooked pan pizza. Today another $42.00 order I am standing there watching him. I told the guy that brought my order that mine was half cooked and all 7 of the other orders and breadstick, cheese breads were not cooked. He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. Anyway I will drive to Waynesboro next time. I am done with the tweeker and shrug boys.

Ordering for our office. I made the online delivery order with my check card and realized it never prompted me for a delivery address. I called and a man said that he didn’t have a order for the # I had and the charge would come off my account at midnight. Not wanting to double charge another lady in office ordered and called while ordering asked about my situation to a different person- she said “ oh no, sometimes the website will fluke and send your pizza anywhere. It could be in Alaska.” I called my bank and bc I used my check card, he said he couldn’t stop payment on it. Seriously. This is crazy. I need to contact corporate but I can’t find a number or email. I’d like my $40 back!

Got the big box the wings were good the pizza was a little dry could have used a little more sauce.
