It's hit or miss. Consistency is not on the menu. Placed an order through the app. Received notification it was ready, came to pick up, saw it was ready on the board, was told I had to wait for it to be made (20 minutes). I wasn't greeted or informed that was the case until I had waited unattended for another 10 minutes. Service could be better.

The last 3 times that I ordered online for carryout, I had to wait at least an hour and a hald after the quoted pick up time. I had a simple order : One pepperoni pizza and a (prepackaged) side salad. Nothing too extravagant. I get that staffing issues can slow down service, but this is completely unacceptable.

Instead of waiting for someone to deliver pizza to my car, I went inside to pick it up. Employee (young, white heavy-set male) said I HAD TO download the app to notify the store that I was there to pick up my PAID order. I refused to download another DNS app on my phone. Although I showed him my receipt, on my phone, he refused to give me my order unless I downloaded the app. I refused! Another female employee intervened stating 'her order is ready. Give it to her.' Reluctantly, he gave me my order. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! RE TASTE: cardboard texture crust, bland/flavorless flavor, tiny pieces of mushrooms and bell pepper....not good. My young sons, who LOVE pizza, disliked the pizza. As a Chicagoan, I love pizza! But the items I purhased from this location, were a disgustingly, flavorless false interpretation of pizza.

I ordered from this Domino's all the time. It's always been good and fast service. This time was different. It was Friday at 1:39 when I placed my order online so I could track it. At 2:30 I called because it was still being "quality checked". I spoke with Tyler and he informed me that they only had one drive and that his manager was out delivering orders because they only had one driver. He then told me that he would make sure that my pizza was fresh and hot and if it wasn't he would remake it. At 2:45 I received my pizza and it was ice cold. Not the delivery drivers fault at all. Love her she looked so stressed out. So I then call and talk to Tyler again, and asked him why he lied to me. He did not check my pizza before it left he did not make sure if it was even warm. He did however refund my money and promise me something free next time I come. But I will not go there again. Sorry not sorry
