You need to do health advocacy anywhere you go for health care. I have had top pcp care in Rohnert Park. Navigating for an appointment on the app can be difficult at times but when I call in to the advice staff, they always work it out for me. Their specialists have been great in neurology, orthopedics and gynecology in Santa Rosa for needed care. Been with Kaiser since 1986, and will remain in Kaiser Senior Advantage. When I retire to Hawaii, Kaiser is there waiting to care for me.

I absolutely love this office. I've had the same doctor for over 20 years. I love how fast labs and imaging are. Hands down the pharmacy is the friendliest and most efficient. I've been a member since birth in 1969. I feel like I have a pretty good picture of Kaiser. In my personal experience when there is an issue as long as you advocate for yourself, generally the outcome is positive. If you don't like something speak up. I find most people are willing to help. To me they're simply the best! My pcp has literally saved my life more than once. I love Rohnert Park Kaiser Permanente!

Went in to get regular bloodwork and a check up. Was my first time there. I hurt my back 8 years ago as a person who suffers in pain every second of my life in todays climate can be a very scary thing especially with Drs like I encountered. At first he seemed very pleasant then we got to my health history. He was on his comp and I was standing. After a few minutes I needed to lean on the bed. He apparently thought and I don't know how but he thought I lost my balance he told me that was because of the medication I am on. I really am not on alot of meds and don't take my meds before I have to drive. When I explained that to him he proceeded to give me a dui exam having me stand on on leg and hold the other one up ect. Mind you I have a back injury. I can't even stand straight . He was extremely rude finally I get my lab paperwork went did my labs and went home. A couple weeks later I get my lab results in the mail and noticed that he drug tested me without my knowledge. WOW I never went back . I felt like I was at a police station instead of a medical office. I understand that there are people overdosing and there is a real issue there but there are ALOT of people who suffer in constant pain like myself. I have never been treated by a Dr. Like that in my life. Tgey also waste so much paper. I must have left that office with 50 pieces of paper that were just trash. Big companies have a responsibility to our planet and really think they should maybe email people the handfulls of paper that everyone just throws away

Have had Kaiser for a long time and Imam very satisfied with it... As with most large organizations there are good things and bad things.. I found that one needs to take charge of oneself. With most things being in-house it is much smoother and communication is easier. I had uterine cancer, was sent to experts in Roseville, problem solved cancer gone. I had a very stubborn go around with atrial fibulation and the experts were in Santa Clara, so be it! I am very happy with Kaiser and love my doctors there... You will find bad apples in every walk of life. You just need to keep looking for good people!

No, just walk in
No there is not. Only in Santa Rosa and San Rafael.
If your dr. Already ordered your blood work then no you don't need an appointment
The medical office closes at 5pm and the pharmacy at 6pm.
What front desk? Were you in the lab? Or somewhere else
The RP branch doesn't have an in house pharmacy. Petaluma does, and I believe they'll be open normal hours for Tuesday, which is 9am to 6pm. Probably best to call to make sure the day before. They haven't left a note about it on the phone message anyway.
No fire, just smoke
Yes call the number on your bottle for refill
They open at 6 am, closes about 5
No. If you need weekend service, try the MOB 1 pharmacy at 401 Bicentennial, Santa Rosa. They're open 9am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.

They have good comments cards there at Kaiser. You could maybe call Member Services and ask, as well.
