I brought my dog here to be boarded and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My dog was perfectly healthy and so happy before and when I picked her up, she ended up in the emergency room and passed away within 5 days. I don’t know what they did, but she went from a perfectly healthy dog to being dead after being with them. The doctor stated that she picked up an infection and one can concluded it was from this place. Not only that, my dog was literally having diarrhea all day Sunday and they didn’t even call to tell me. They waited until I picked her up Monday to even mention it. Their demeanor was icky to me and they truly acted like they don’t care. One of the workers was one his phone in the corner while another worker was yelling for him to help with my dog. I could not believe it. I wanted to flip a table. I called and left a voicemail asking what happened and what they gave her, but they ignored my call and never called me back. Absolute garbage.

Brought my super active labradoodle here for the first time after being referred by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only are the owners incredibly gentle and kind with him, the place was clean, cute & cozy and they show incredible professionalism in their work. My Charlie has never had such an impressive cut and blow dry! He came home looking like the stunner he is. We have finally found a permanent groomer for Charlie and we are so pleased!

They are so good with our little toy poodle! He is extremely timid and difficult to groom but they do an incredible job and leave him looking like a model puppy. We are so amazed by their service and love for our little pooch! Best grooming service we have experienced on the Northshore.
