Wow, what a great place to take our production crew! We recently wrapped on a long day of commercial work and we had just enough time to walk over to the Pulaski and Addison location. Talk about a suuuuuuuuper friendly staff. The food was “buenísimo” and so traditional. Also, the menu totally fit our budget and the BYOB only sweetens the deal. We shall return! La Brasa Roja, always a good call. 🥘

Their chicken is always perfectly cooked and the flavor is great. I don’t love the plantains but everything else included with a full chicken is great. Their steak lunch special is a really great value as well although no where near as tasty as their chicken.
