We have been here before many times but this time unfortunately we had to walk out. We were shown to our table and served water but then nothing else. More families were seated and were getting their drinks and orders taken before us. It was like they were skipping us or completely forgot about us. We ended up going to their Logan Square location where even though even bussier we got great service. I feel that their Hermosa location needs to work on their customer service and do better.

0 rating My opinion changed of this restaurant after I saw this gigantic roach crawling on the floor. We had just finished eating and another patron pointed it out to me and the waitress. If we would have seen it sooner, we would have walked out. No excuse for a restaurant to have this problem. Makes you wonder what else is crawling around! We will not be returning!

This Was My First Time Visiting This Restaurant It Was Packed For Seating But For Take Out. Or Pick Up Or Call Ahead Order Best Way To Go With Cus It Was A 30 Min Wait To Be Seated. As For The Food Had The 2Eggs & Sausage Hash Brown White Toast Meal Prices At $10 And The Family Had Different Meals But Said Food Was Good. I Liked It Food Was Fresh Might Have To Warm Up Once Home Depends On How Far Away You Live.
