I must say that they did an excellent job. Im not even finish my treatment and Im very pleased with their work. I needed a deep cleaning as my gums had startes to dettach from the tooth. The very next day I could see my gums reattaching to the tooth. I didnt expect that, I thought it would take months and days. Im very thankful for your service my teeth mean a lot to me.

Came here to get seen and they are saying they Are at max capacity and cant see anyone else. And she comments that the doctors get overwhelmed with patients and get stressed out. Never coming here again WORST URGENT CARE EVER

This clinic is not special need friendly. They will make you wait 4 hours if you don't have an appointment. My autistic son had to see his pediatrician and the receptionist sent me downstairs only to wait 4 hours. The only reason I come here is because of doctor Sarah Kim and Dr. Lafourtune. Aside from the this clinic will not care about kids with special needs.

I’m giving it three stars for the receptionist I always have a good experience with them even though I’m the most difficult patient because I get very angry with thier wait time it’s ridiculous. I have been to other Altamed’s that are super packed and sometimes behind schedule who still see us in a timely manner . My sons appointment was @ 2pm they took us in the room around 1:40 or 50 and the doctor didn’t show up until 3pm . And they wonder why I give them a hard time every time I go . Literally y’all just got a three star because the staff is wonderful but the wait time is ridiculous WHEN ITS ALWAYS EMPTY
