Scheduled online twice and received a confirmation of the appointment, followed by an email saying that the store could not confirm the appointment. Not sure if this is the website's fault or the store's fault, but not a good customer experience.

This was my first visit to this Firestone location and when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and welcomed by the store manager Jesus. Very friendly guy and assured me they would take care of my vehicle. Service was amazing and fast and I highly recommend this location. I will be returning in the future for my car repair needs

Great place...yea right! They have no tires in stock and they gave me the impression they don't expect they will have them at all. This place won't even go above and beyond to order you tires for you. If they don't want my business I'll just go else where.

just wanted to give this guys a 5 star. Today I call Firestone on Elston that’s where I got my new tires installed and also purchased a alignment 6 months ago. They didn’t have any appointments available until a week.,I really needed to get another alignment because I replaced the whole front suspension and I didn’t want my new tires to go bad I usually drive 2.5 hours to work every day.. so I call this guys and they took me in the same day I use my car for work every day and they really help me out. also get a oil change.
