I went to the Buffalo Grove, IL restaurant because of a coupon I received in the mail for a FREE any size coffee. I really didn't want anything else that day, only a cup of coffee. The employee told me that in order to get the coffee, I had to make another purchase. I pointed out that the coupon did not state "free coffee with additional purchase". He said there was nothing he could do, because the register would not honor the coupon unless I bought something else. The restaurant was just remodeled and has a very cold unfriendly atmosphere. I will never go back to that Wendy's nor recommend it to anyone.

I wish the company hadn’t changed their fries, but this location deserves a five-star rating for its efficient service and piping hot burgers 🍔 I noticed some salads that I’m going to try soon and I will definitely go to this friendly location. I’ve been eating Wendy’s food for a zillion years and it has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. Thank you Wendy’s in Buffalo Grove, you rock!

I've been going here twice a day since it's close to my work. Went there today and got my Large Diet Coke. Got back to work and it's regular Coke. I'm diabetic it sent my blood sugar thru the roof had to use extra medication to level it out. Called the store and the woman who answered said she knows for a fact it was diet and I explained it was not because of the reaction I had. She argued with me and then slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I only wanted them to be aware of what a mistake like this can have on people and to just be careful. The customer service I got was horrible and I will never go back there again!
