I was shocked when I arrived and found they were having a sale! Lol Clean the store with clean restrooms and electric car charging port outside. Shelves seem to be well stocked even though it was late Sunday afternoon. The young gentleman at checkout who unfortunately I didn’t catch his name was friendly and very helpful!

They are always clean, they have plenty of parking, and are very neat. Every time I come in they are very welcoming and say hi. The Amazon return is in the back left corner if you have to return a package. They will rebag or repackage the product. And after returning with Amazon they usually give a coupon to use in ko hls. Their prices are a little steep but they have great products.

Closed the doors 30min early! I had to walk all the way around the mall in the dark to get to my car. After returning my Amazon stuff here, I entered the mall and when I got back they closed their doors. 30 min early! I parked my car in the kohls parking lot. I had leave the main entrance of the mall and I, female walked myself to the other side where the parking lot was at night. Super unsafe. I’m usually happy with kohls as I only go for Amazon returns and they make it super easy, but this made me frustrated.
