I've had my laptop for 6 years now and while I was using it yesterday, the screen just turned black. It was the first time it happened and I really don't know what to do. My mom gave it to me as a graduation gift, and I don't have the heart to just dispose of it and buy a new one. It is really special to me. I took it to a lot of computer repair shops, but all of them just said it could not be fixed. And when I was about to give up, one of my colleagues suggested this shop to me. It was my first time at Pro and they gladly accepted the work. I was told that they would call me once they found out what the problem was. They did not call me for that! They called me to tell me that they had already fixed it. I was so happy and impressed at the same time at how quickly they fixed it. I checked it and my laptop was as good as new. I definitely recommend this shop.

Very friendly service! Took my computer in for a their free check service to see what was wrong with it and the guy there was very nice! Took good care of my computer and told me exactly what was wrong with it and what was the best way to fix it. If you ever have any computer needs, this place is definitely the place to go.

I took my PC in because I was afraid that I had lost data. Almost magically, the technician was able to access 2 programs that I couldn't open at home so no repair was necessary. They didn't charge me for the 20 minutes the tech spent with my PC and he couldn't have been more helpful. He also suggested something we could do to make the machine faster and we will contemplate that. All in all....I will use this company again should we need their services.

Hello Bruce, Thank you for reaching out. We would need the computer in-shop for an assessment but we offer a free diagnosis and estimate within 1 to 2 business days after it has been checked in. The technician thinks he can convert the older drive to GPT but you'll only be able to boot off of one drive. Jake Sain - Client Services Coordinator
