Skeleton staff and closed during the day now?! At least the staff that is there was nice on the phone and in person but wow I mean this is just sad…..

Worst dining experience ever. No one was around to take care of us. Ordered food at 9, empty drinks at 9:15 but there was no staff around. Come 9:30 we got our food with to-go boxes and a bill saying we had to leave. Of course, no one took our payment til 10. As we left there 6 staff members telling us bye but no one seemed interested in taking care of us. We seemed to be more of a bother to them.

This location has steadily gone downhill for the last few years. Visited yesterday (Sunday) and there was a wait, ok, no problem, 5-10 minutes, totally doable. Thirty minutes later, we're told, "go to the bar area, it's open seating" we ask for a table, since we have kids with us and the high top chairs are not the easiest for them to negotiate (they're also not comfortable, even a little). I'm also in physical therapy for a ruptured Achilles tendon, and I shouldn't be even trying a chair like that at all. After asking three times for a regular table in the dining room, which had only one table occupied (a gentleman with a walker and his companion) we were told "no" - so we left. Look, I get understaffed, I get "no one wants to work" but you need to at least try to be accommodating.

Witness female in the cook area eating fries from order that was being served. Restrooms are filthy. Witness male throw some sort of container in the food area towards the female worker. Place is really slow. I would suggest any other Buffalo Wild Wings in the area. Very disappointing.
