Super nice area for getting some fresh air. Love coming here to hike. Apart from the open space and nice trails it's nice for wildlife viewing, if your patient. I do recommend wear a hat it's mostly sunny and not too many trees for shade. This time I went I notice there was lots of mosquitoes so prep with mosquito repellent. Great for family walks and nice nature center. Otherwise it's a really nice place for some Nature.

Pure bliss and amazingly beautiful. Friendly workers and so many opportunities for young and old. Plenty of trails for walking, beautiful horses to gaze upon and the marsh is full of birds. Great place for photos as well.

This place is awesome! The first time I've ever been here was when I was just a kid. My Elementary School took a field trip out, and I remember having a lot of fun and learning a lot! Rush Ranch features a visitors center with a series of fun activies for the whole family, a blacksmith's shop, historical ranching equipment, beautiful hiking trails and birding opportunities. They offer volunteer work as well(both indoor & outdoor) through Solano Land trust and unique opportunities for people with disabilities. I personally chose to be a part of the trail crew which includes repainting fences, picnic tables, etc, and am having a lot of fun! I hope to gain some experience feeding the horses some time soon as well, but this requires some training first. It's absolutely beautiful out here! I highly recommend this place for outings with your family, field trips for your day care or school, or if you'd just like to help out your community. If you have some community service hours you need to get done as well, this is the place to go!😊🐴🌾💚
