I came in just to get air in my tires and they ended up giving my car an oil change which I didn't mind because it was time anyways. But when I first got there (I've been there a couple times before so my information is in there system) the man who always attends me said that he's never seen me before even though every time I come in he helps me out. On top of that they charged me for rotating my tires which I don't think they even did and they didn't ask me and then they told me that I had to take my car into a mechanic but they didn't really explain what the problem was. Overall, I thought they were unprofessional and I think they need to work on ASKING people for their services before they do it. sorry to be a Karen but I'm a college student so I'm broke and can't afford to pay a whole lot of money.

Even though my son is an auto tech, over the last decade I use local Jiffy Lubes for a quick oil change due to the distance of my sons shop and I am in sales so I am in my car a lot. I was in the area, so I went to this location. I would HIGHLY recommend this location over and above any of the others I have been at. I have used Crystal Lake, Barrington, Gurnee, Palatine, just to name a few. This shop is large, clean, and the employees were very professional. LOVE the fact that after oil is changed, you can drive right out to a wall of vacuums that are free and constantly on. It’s worth the drive.
