I am sick and tired of this location. I will not spend a other dollar here. I always order a frozen coffee with caramel flavor. When your handed your coffee it's puke white and tastes like a glass of milk. DISGUSTING. Everytime they want to blame in on new employees, well who the hell is charge around here ? Manger needs to get thrown out the back door because he or she is not watching for quality at all.

I'm here right now and asked for a latte but, when I asked for LESS ice in my drink they said they would charge me for LESS ice. I was so puzzled😳😕🤕. I said so you're going to CHARGE me for taking ice out of my drink?? The manager came out yes we have to Charge you I then asked WHY again she answered well it's more MILK!! I said more milk where?? All I asked is that you take some ice out out of my drink and you want to charge me?? She went into a whole RANT about how the machines measure everything that they would have to use more milk and etc... I said omg it's basic ENGLISH how do you NOT understand I didn't ask you for anything else in my late I want it STRONG so less ice will stop that from happening not put MORE MILK and charge me. So I said let me make it easy for you let me have a spoon and I will perform the COSTLY 💲💲act of taking some ice out. She said ohhhhh!! I understand now. I'm Like🤔😕😳🤕😑....Good God! All I wanted was less ice ....

Great service and friendly! And it's only $11.99 for a dozen doughnuts! Plus this store has the best Bavarian creme doughnuts! You can't go wrong at this Dunkin' donuts because they are great!!

Dunkin used to be good; when they made their donuts in the stores. Now, they are stale, harder and pretty much flavorless. I Received 2 $25.00 gift cards to Dunkin. At first I was going to give them away. But then I thought I'd give them another try; you see, we haven't been there in years because they lost their taste and freshness. Well, over the course of two weeks, we went to four different Dunkin locations, and they were all the same - tasteless, hard and stale. Go back to the old ways of doing business If I ever get another gift card to Dunkin, it will be given away or politely refused.
