Royal Oakโs Apple Cider Donuts are to die for!!! I was skeptical about it but now I love apple cider donuts- only in Royal Oaks ๐ I have tried from other places, i have yet to find one that would be at least comparable. Are there online orders for these? Wishful thinking ๐ค

This place has a lot of fun, is disabled patron friendly, wheelchair Access, wagon/stroller friendly. Plenty of fun for family members of EVERY age. I will say right now COVID is a damper--not all attractions are open and available. I was also disappointed in how expensive everything was. Definitely plan to spend around $200-$300. They have a restaurant, bakery, playground, pumpkin patch, tractor wagon ride, train ride, apple picking, petting zoo, and apple maze. There's lots of fun to be had, but we would not come back here again. There are just other fall fun places that offer a lot and don't nickel and dime you.

This family shares their amazing farm. They have u-pick apples or buy, and I saw a bridal shower today. The sunflower fields are an offering for the honey bees. ๐๐

My wife and I decided to do something different for my birthday, and visited the lovely Royal Oak Farm Orchard. It's a fairly large orchard with an excellent selection of succulent apples of all different types, varieties, and tastes. It depends on the time of year for which apples you can harvest for $10 a bag. The trees are easy to pick from and they're overloaded with big fat juicy apples. They also have a cool corn maze and some rides for the wee little ones. They have a wonderful selection of takeaways of all different sorts in their gift shop. We got a couple of super thick and comfy hoodies and some other goodies to snack on and remember our trip. Overall it's a really nice experience and a great time for families, couples or anyone who loves happiness...

I would use cortland or honeycrisp. something not super sweet but with a good, firm texture. best way is to mix a bunch of different types like you would in a pie.
Last weekend the lines were pretty long (30-60 min wait time most of the day) for Apple picking, and we expect it to me similar this weekend.
Parking is free. They have a lot right in front of the store that usually has space on weekdays, and overflow lots that are only a few minutes walk on the busiest days.
You can't get a better, more detailed and accurate answer than from the owner himself. Great job!
There's no admission to get into the farm, the store, the restaurant, the playground, petting zoo or pumpkin patch. Apple Picking is $7 for children (age 4-18) and Seniors age 65+ and they receive a 1/4 peck bag to fill, $13 for adults and they receive a 1/2 peck bag to fill. Children 3 and under are free. Hayrides are included on the weekends and holidays out into the orchard. Pumpkin Picking is pay for what you pick and is $0.50/lb. Our apple tree maze, Amaze 'N Apples is $6/person for everyone age 3 and up. Maze Entry includes picking two apples while you are in the maze, and if you win one of our maze games you'll win a free donut from the bakery!
Ruth, they are $10 for a 3 lb. bag.
Due to FDA regulations no pets are allowed
