Very disappointed, I understand the staffing shortages but, services was very slow and poor and when ordering I ordered I was told there was no pasta that night. I ordered chicken parmesan sandwich which though the chicken was cooked well it definitely was not chicken parmesan. There was no sauce or marinara just chopped tomatoes. My dinner mates enjoyed their food more but we were all disapointed

I understand that Friday nights can be busy but 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery is ridiculous. Order was missing 2 sides and food was cold and bland. Driver complained about how they shouldn't be doing delivery. Eating at the restaurant is OK. But, if you can't provide decent service for delivery then stop offering it

We played a order last night for ravioli, beef sandwich, and mushrooms. The ravioli was absolutely disgusting as well as the mushrooms. My fiance got sick from the food and was in the restroom most of the night. This is the second time that we have had had...a issue with bad food. When my fiance called them today the guy she spoke to was rude, made excuses, and hung up on her. Good luck on your order from them. Find someplace that will serve you fresh food, and have the consideration to talk about it. In my opinion you are better off with McDonald's.

Delicious pizza on a buttery cracker thin crust with ice cold beer. No complaints here!
