Took my 6 year old CPAP in due to the humidifier not working. Returned at the days end and was told it was out of warranty and might not last much longer. I didn't meet the technician, but whoever it was, they ended up making my day. The technician made some adjustments to my start air pressure and ramp up, and it not only made a difference in my falling asleep sooner, but the humidifier is working!!! They let me know there is a National shortage and to get a new RX from my Doctor ASAP to get a new machine ordered. My "Pappy" is on it's last legs, but it's my lifeline. They were very helpful! Greatly appreciate them!

Oh my goodness! Getting a cpap machine for me has been not an easy experience because I didn’t want one. It would have been so much worse if not for the amazing Jenny at the Bend NORCO office. She has been so patient and kind as I struggle to find a mask I can maybe live with that doesn’t make me feel like I am suffocating or claustrophobic. With my rare pain disease it’s been very difficult. What we thought would be the best was not what worked. Today we think we found what might be what works. But she never makes you feel like you’re putting her out or wasting her time. She makes you feel like you’re her top priority. And I love that about her! This is hard having someone who cares makes it easier.

Received excellent instruction on how to use the CPAP machine. I haven't had any issues or problems. Very pleased with my experience. It has made the use of my CPAP much easier and less stressful.

Hi Shelly, we do not carry distilled water and have heard from other customer it's getting harder to find. Your best luck may be getting to the store early in the day.

Norco doesn't take them but you might try volunteers in medicine. They are by the hospital
Yes, Norco does carry they. Insurance does not cover them.
