Made a reservation for today on their web site, called today with confirmation number to confirm. NO CARS UNTIL NEXT WEEK AT THE SOONEST!!!!!!!!!! So much for my dr appointment, THANKS ENTERPRISE!!!! NOT AGAIN I'LL GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! Another company where the customer is last!!!!!! Now that's how to run a business....NOT Apparently, doing open ended contracts, causing a shortage of available vehicles may not be the way to go. No product, no customers. Jacking up the price, $58 last month $87 this month, does nothing for you when there's lack of product.

Booked almost 2 weeks in advance, and 4 days before my reservation they closed my local branch due to covid (understandable) but then made no effort to contact me, and when I showed up and called, they refused to be able to make a car drop for another entire week. Will never use this service again.

Could and should have gotten 5 stars- But this is not the first or second car I have rented from Enterprise that had obviously been smoked in ( heavily ). Please police this better, and clean them up better ( an ion exchanger works good by the way ). Otherwise a very good job. Great people to deal with.

Rented a car for a long distance trip. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed the low tire pressure light was on. Agent came out to look at it and told me that the car had just been serviced and they "did not have the tool to turn the light off". But reassured me that the car had recently been looked over. I took the car and when I got on the road the next day, I noticed it had a pull to the right. I added air to the tires which helped some, but I was beginning to think it had most definitely not been recently serviced. I then noticed the oil change sticker in the upper part of the windshield. The car had been serviced.... In August, and by the time I returned the car, it was now 10000 miles past it's planned oil change. I appreciate the service and the nicely appointed vehicles that I have been given to drive, but I do not appreciate being lied to about service records and being given excuses. I had 2000 miles to drive. I need to know that the car I rent is safe and mechanically sound.

Adding to the different price tiers, there are different things that you can consider such as different insurance levels, plus some of the vehicles you might pay extra to have premium XM radio or you might pay extra to have increased eco friendly emission.
