I’ve never written a review before but felt I needed to based on the great customer service I got from Matt and his team last weekend. I ended up about an hour away from home in Kenosha with a flat tire and no tools or spare to fix it (long story). Matt was nice enough to not only talk through the situation but also lend me a few tools to help get the tire off and changed. They were busy in the shop each time I was there but whenever I called, Matt jumped on to answer any of my many questions! I know bigger chains can sometimes lack customer service, but I can confidently say this location cares about their customers and certainly went above and beyond for me!!!

Juli and her crew got me going in the final half hour before close. They all had a great attitude and I appreciate the spirit of service since I am leaving first thing in the morning for a trip. Thanks to this crew I am confident in the repairs they made and can safely get on my way.

Had an appointment for noon. The first worker who saw me gave me a dirty look while the second one yelled at me. Left due to how undeservedly rude they were towards me. No wonder they need coupons to get people to go there. I’ll be going with better mechanics and oil change places next time.

I had a tire blow out on a trip. Stopped in to Firestone Complete Auto Care and they not only had several tire options in stock they had me back on the road in about an hour. I experienced Profesional service that is hard to find these days. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent!
