On my drive home from MKE yesterday, my coolant light started flashing. I’d never experienced this before and I panicked. It was 99’ out and I had another hour to drive so I stopped at this Pilot to buy some antifreeze. Lucky for me, Charles, the cashier on duty, provided a funnel and towel (without me asking) and then offered to help me put the coolant in my car. He was SO kind and helpful. Thank you Charles! You are a gem.

Want to give a shout out to this pilot truck stop location! I stopped because I had low tire pressure. I went inside and bought a new tire gauge and I was informed that the regular air machine was under maintenance so I should pull around back to the truck stop side and use the free one. I thought this was really nice of them to inform me and not waste my money on the machine. However, the truck stop side hose was not working either (frozen we think). The manager came out and used a mini one from his car which also didn't work. So he drove all the way to his house to get an air compressor to help me fill my tire. Meanwhile, the other employees were checking on me regularly, gave me a complimentary coffee and even refunded the cost of my pressure gauge as a courtesy for the trouble of the not working air machines. While it was a bummer that neither of the air hoses were working, their staff went well above and beyond what was needed in order to make sure that I got on my way safely. I would definitely recommend this location and their staff.

No issues. Got dog areas. We had no issues finding a spot. Bathrooms were good. I dont like that they allow Grizz trucking to save himself a spot with his own pickup. It's not fair to other drivers.
