they did send my package, but I was supposed to receive $50 In change. I realized that after I saw my receipt. What's worse is their customer care line. I wanted to tell them what happened at my local post office, but the only person I talked to was a machine. None of their options applied to me. I wasted an hour trying to talk to a human. I deposited my UI certification on 11.18.2021 in the outside mail boxes. Found out EDD never received my certification??? Thank you post office, now I'm pending two weeks of pay!!!!

By far this is the best USPS I've ever been to. Location is very clean and staff is very pleasant. They processed over 40 priority mail envelops for me with a smile. Nancy and Lucia are amazing....

Employees are nice, but service is slowed down because a lot of the patrons are ignorant that can not even help themselves; this is not a nursery or kindergarden. Then they have the nerve to blame everything on the employees. Not fair at all. And I have been coming here for over 15 years.

Where can't I get the passport application??
Definitely make an appointment if you can. Most post offices do not have photo facilities; try a CVS or FedEx or Walgreens. Right now, it is next to impossible le to get a passport appointment anywhere and the places that accept walk ins apparently are having staffing issues so you continuously are referred to another location that isn't accepting walk-ins and will refer you somewhere else where the same thing happens.
There is parking in front of the office but most of the time is taken. The office dosen't have a public parking.
I don't really know if they are taking them out right now, but you can take a walk the day I went there were not many people and I thought the environment was very safe (following the health rules) I hope you can take it out
