I ordered ahead to pickup from the automated hot n ready box, however when i arrived my order was not ready and they were super swamped with orders. Honestly with the labor shortage this does not Surprise me and I understand, but its so unfair to their employees the poor team lead was being harassed by customers and was completely overwhelmed i felt so bad for him. Little Caesars corporate if you are reading this your employees deserve better give them the tools they need to be more efficient.

Save your time and order from a different place. Always understaffed and orders are always late. Walked in after my order was supposed to have been ready only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. This is the second time this store has done this and this was my last time giving them another chance since the first time it was the same story. There's a sign on the door now that reads 2 hour wait on new orders. Good for the ones who don't order online. Sucks for us who use the app for a faster service. Lol this place is a joke.

Extra most bestest? More like extra most worstest. Something wrong with the crust at this location, not sure if the dough was like days old or... Just go to dominos.

Rudest employee ever. So website says little caesars is open till 10. IT IS NOT. i walk in to pick up a door dash it’s 930. i tell the lady the name of the order i’m picking up. she goes “no i canceled that order we closed 10 minutes ago” in the rudest tone ever. girl we’re all just trying to do our jobs here, i would’ve been completely fine with her just telling me the order was canceled but the fact she had to say it so rudely. second time this had happened to me here.
