Awesome fast service! Left the store on 17th to go to this one because the service at 17th and Tustin was just not very helpful or welcoming today!! Worked with Luis at the store on Katela and Tustin and walked out happily with a better plan and an upgraded phone! Nice guy, professional, helpful and did the job!! Thanks so much!! T mobile has free entry level phones for signing up. There are also buy one get one free deals for higher end smart phones like Samsung Galaxy series and LG series. There is a capacity limit as of now, masks are required, and social distancing is followed as well. They are great when it comes to being safe!
