I really wish that they have enough bankers to cover the floor. I’m tired of hearing I have to set up and appointment to get into my safe box. The appointments are out for days and all I need is a simple request. I felt that the Convenient of getting in and out is gone. What’s the point of paying fees if you can’t even even get in as needed. Especially on an emergency base and we’re told you had to come back on the day it’s convenient for the bank. Very disappointed!

Ryan Golden refused to issue me a temporary ATM card. Said there were no appointments until next Monday. 4 days from now. He had no clients and the process only takes about 10 minutes if that. Worst service I have ever had and right before Christmas. What a Scrooge.

I've only used the drive thru and it's always quite fast and the tellers are pleasant and respectful. I've been there around 50 times at least.

Carlos did a good job. I set an appointment online to come in and handle all of my mothers affairs because she recently passed away. He was very sensitive and did everything he could. Appreciate the support and help!
