Can't get to the ATM its pointless spot

Closed except the drive thru window. I wanted service at this location and they refused me because I don't have a car ...I am an account holder. I won't be after this. The absolute worst banking experience ever. Wells Fargo shows a lack of concern about their customers from the tellers To the bank manager but most especially the hours. If you close at 5 o'clock downtown when most people get off at 5 you are doing at this Justice to your customers. I have literally been there at 4:45 and have them locked the doors in my face.Hello, Edward. I'm very disappointed to hear this location closed for the day without assisting you first.
