We had an event here in their private room. One of the oddities of the room is that the sun is very bright in the early evening…the windows could definitely have some tint added for comfort. People sitting across the table were silhouettes rather than dinner companions. The salad buffet was pretty decent. Some of the cold cuts were a little iffy, but the cheese and fresh mozzarella was very good. The assortment was ok, but we would have liked more warm options. The service was very good. The meat carvers came by frequently and loaded our plates with delicious food. We did have an issue with some the chicken being undercooked. It was a little weird that he kept serving the legs hoping that the rest of them would be cooked (they weren’t). The cheesy bread is definitely a highlight! The dessert was very good. Don’t sleep on the coconut pie! Overall we had a good time. I would rate it as a 3.5, but that’s not an option.

I like this restaurant and come here rather frequently, however my last visit was not a good experience, our waiter only came 2 times, first to ask about my preference and second with the check. I had to ask for my drinks and and even though the meat was delicious, my boyfriend, myself and in laws we all ended up with diarrhea. Drinks although late were really good. 4 adults, 4 drinks (3 mojitos and 1 long Island) 2 desserts our bill was 289 dollars and tip is not included 😑

I felt this place was over priced for the experience had. There was no green or red card, chip, block to flip on the table to make it easier. It took a decent amount of time for anyone to even offer us meat and when they came through they were few and far between. Plus one guy ran out of what he had so only one person got it at our table, he said he'd be back with more than never showed. Our server was nice but incredibly quite, you could barley hear anything he said and we saw him twice throughout the whole experience. Took forever to get the check. This was definitely a chain restaurant experience. Went to a different one in Milwaukee the weekend before and was 1,000 times better. Better salad and side bar, better drinks, more organized. All around better experience for the same amount of money.

Atmosphere is beautiful. Staff goes above and beyond with service and requests. Went on New Years day and as always, a great place to celebrate for any occasion.
