Tried to call in an order, 15 minutes listening to outgoing messages. Decided to drive there. Told the manager about the phone issue. He gave me a discount, yeah. Got a meat lovers edge. Pizza was very good, better than expected.

I ordered a pizza 20 minutes before closing and it was never delivered. There wasn’t even a phone call saying that it was too late to place the order. Terrible customer service!! I waited over an hour to call customer service and was told that my order was undeliverable but that I should have received a call saying so. It should be noted on their website when orders can no longer be placed

The bone in wings at this location are just as good as anywhere in town. Justin and team deliver excellent service EVERYTIME. I'm not disappointed with them when I want delivery-fast pizza. Sage Butter!

Horrible horrible horrible horrible if I could give no stars I would pizza was 32 minutes late cold burnt boneless wings were cold. Call center couldn’t assist me I called the store 9 times no one would answer never again will I order pizza from 13th and Santa Fe Pizza Hut. The manager should be ashamed. I recommend not ordering from her lots of bad reviews.
