Nothing I was told upon switching was correct! Then when you call Verizon directly they tell me there is nothing they can do. I mean seriously, who would switch providers to pay $100+ more per month?

Travis who works at this location is by far the best sales associate I've worked with when upgrading devices there was no pushy sales tactics and a good honest approach about equipment. he was very knowledgeable in both apple and Android devices and made sure all questions were answered and that everything worked as it should before leaving. Travis is a true asset to that location.
