Rusnak BMW of Thousand Oaks has again exceeded my expectations. My service advisor, Vick Deukmajian, has never been dismissive like other dealers (Bob Smith BMW). He always takes the time to explain the services required for the vehicle and the schedule of maintenance. Even though it took time to diagnose the issue, the Rusnak team was thorough in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, and they were constantly in contact with us, providing us with detailed updates on the work. I will time and time again praise Vick, his supervisors, and his techs at Rusnak. The dealer is out of our way but definitely worth the drive for exceptional customer service. I will continue to bring my car for all future services and recommend Vic and the Rusnak team to family, friends, and colleagues. Because of my previous experience with other dealers, I had lost faith in the BMW brand. However, exceptional service like that of Rusnak; BMW will ensure customer retention.

We just picked up our third X5 on Saturday that Hamid Mafi ordered for us. It’s our 7th BMW between my wife and I. Six of our vehicles have come from Rusnak. Drew Sebring originally assisted us for my first 650 and then Hamid took over taking care of us. He is more than a knowledgeable, professional and personable sales person. It is better to go through the internet sales rep at rusnak BMW. I used to know the internet rep there but him and his wife just transferred to another dealership. Rusnak is one of the best dealerships you can go to for any brand car
