Great variety of fish, snacks and other items available in their store! The fish dips and smoked salmon are our favorites, and we were pleasantly surprised to find pasta and sauces from The Chef’s Table in Milwaukee during our last visit. A great place to take a scenic ride to and pick up some great local food. We are anxiously awaiting the restaurant’s reopening (probably next year) which is excellent as well!

I have been there several times through the years. Always go to catch fresh trout when my children were young. Still go now as there is no way you leave empty handed, catch the trout in the AM bring the trout in to be cleaned, drink a bloody Mary collect trout home then to make trout almondine. Not a bad day.

We had an AWESOME experience fishing in the trout pond with our kids (ages 6 and 9)! They LOVED it and the huge smiles on their faces after they caught their fish was priceless. There were plenty of fish in the pond, but our kids were fishing for the first time so it took them about 30 minutes. Perfect place to go for newby fishermen :) Bree (a hostess, I think) was so helpful and guided us on what to do and where to go. I recommend that not everyone needs a pole. We just rented 2 kid sized poles. The trout pond is just a very short walk from The Trout House restaurant where they prepare the fish you catch and serve it to you. We had half the fish we caught pan-seared and the other half fried in batter and it was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was very attentive and came to check on us adequately. Also recommend the white cheddar cheese curds and the smokehouse cheese board. We were stuffed! We will be back again and again!
