The baristas in the morning are so fast and efficient, they made my husband's frappuccino perfectly. He's so picky about the consistency I'm so happy they nailed it. As for my cold brew, so delicious glad they had all the ingredients.

Every time I have gone here this month, Ive ordered a sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich, and for some reason I always end up with a bacon croissant sandwich thing. Like 6 times now. Getting ridiculous. I always go back and say something too.

I ordered an iced coffee on the mobile app that said it would be ready at 4:13pm. I sat in my car in the parking lot until 4:20 and went in (mind you, my order was placed at around 4:05) and it wasn't ready. I mentioned something to the girl when I only saw 2 other people inside and 2 people in line outside... And she got huffy and poured mostly milk in it, slammed it on the counter without a word. I don't ask for much but for a basic iced coffee, I shouldn't have to wait almost a half an hour. I just got back to my car with my tall iced coffee at 4:26pm. I would give 0 stars if I could because the coffee was not drinkable. It was mostly milk. I threw it away. Now I know to keep using Dutch Bros. I've never waited that long at Dutch Bros without even when they have 10 cars in line, and they never slam drinks down. Do better.

I ordered a hot chocolate. These are expensive considering I could buy almost 2 gallons of milk for the cost of one. Batistas should be required to FILL THE CUP! I got a grande drink for the price of my venti. Over an inch of empty drink! Rude!
