Beautiful views of the river from all spots in the dining area. Nice small salad bar. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Everything we ordered was delicious (fish, burgers).

If you want to sit in this smelly bar with the skanky drunk drunk loud town drunks here and twangy old old country music from the Appalachians, this is your place. Food is greasy I ordered fish, I'm sure it was out of a walmart box and deep fried. The salad bar had a very odd selection of foods. Nothing to put on lettuce, of which was empty. The dressings were in large unmarked bottles.. no infection control precautions here!! Dirty tables ... a very disgusting place. Seating is odd.

From the moment you walk through the door, the sense that you are burgeoning into a unique and incredible experience is overwhelming. The atmosphere is set in a former river port grain elevator and it's fascinating. Then, the food is even better! Our sandwiches melted into our mouths. Very flavorful. Very pleasant. I would drive 4.5 hours again just to eat by the river again!

Great service, excellent views of Mississippi River, good cod basket, good cheeseburger and onion rings. No face mask on server (owner), no sanitizing of tables or bar, no lemon or sweetener with iced tea.
