Very excited, but then disappointed in the professionalism of the company the ladies were load and rude. I didn't get the full color I was hoping for. So I won't be recommending them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! So, I went in to get a haircut at NewStyle Salons in Appleton on Calumet last week Friday and the girl I seen messed it up and also didn't add the layering I had asked for. I made another appointment for the following Thursday (yesterday) to fix it and she did THIS!!! She completely ruined my long, beautiful hair! She OVER-LAYERED it. I have NO long hair in the front and on the sides, ONLY in the back. Not to mention it's completely uneven and choppy. I am traumatized. I have had long hair all my life, all the way down my back (I'll put pictures in the comments of the before). Now I have to get my hair cut to my shoulders 😭 I am so heartbroken!!! Worst experience EVER!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Since I was a teenager I've had issues with "budget" or "chain" salons. I tried Newstyle because they had good reviews and we needed a new stylist after ours moved. My two daughters had hair cuts, one has curly hair, and both turned out great. I had my brows waxed, and I was so pleased I brought my teenage daughter for her first brow wax and it was perfect. I was concerned she wouldn't like how they looked, but they listened to her and kept them natural. We have a new salon!
