This UPS store is highly fraudulent. DO NOT GO HERE!! I shipped a 1lb box (I weighed it myself), not knowing that they knowingly weighed and stated it was a 9lb box, ground shipping, that they then purposely severely overcharged me for. Criminals.

All other UPS stores are one star compared to this location. I've been to them all in my area and I drive out of my way to drop my packages off and pickup redirected packages to these guys. Awesome people. Go here, don't waste your time with the others.
