The store looked clean and well kept. The gentleman who checked us out was very friendly and courteous, a real asset to Walmart I would say. The only downside was I witnessed an employee collecting shopping carts in the parking lot and he slammed a long train of carts into someone's pickup truck, setting off the car alarm, without checking for damage or leaving a note.

Still lots of empty areas on shelves. I understand the personal shoppers have a job to do, but they have these huge multiple bin carts to use for multiple customers. They have them close to the shelves for long periods while they pick, they stand in the way while looking through multiple customer's shopping lists. They dont care that they are blocking other customers. If you say excuse me could I get past etc they either ignore you, give you a nasty look, then ignore you or make a big production on how inconvenienced they are with having to move cart or step aside. Takes soooo much longer to get groceries and essentials there. Very frustrating and unpleasant. If you ask a floor clerk for help or where something is most ARE NOT happy to help a customer. Check out is a nightmare. I now only go there when I need to use my OTC medicare advantage card. Hope can use it at Hyvee when they eventually open. Then Walmart will be a last resort as a place to shop.

A quieter Wal Mart. Decent selection, but could use more vegetarian friendly food options. When will you be getting Impossible meat on your shelves??

I had to clean the toilet before I could use it. It is very cold inside. They rely heavily on people using the self checkout instead of employing more people; however, much better than the store in Prairie du Chien.
