They definitely have a ton of supplies, but it’s a little outdated. There was only a few things that actually had price tags 🏷 so I was really surprised when they told me the total, compared to other nail supply stores they’re pretty expensive. I mostly got nail decals and charms and wasn’t expecting them to be so expensive when other stores have sold them for far cheaper. I also didn’t get any type of itemized receipt so I can’t say for sure what was so expensive. The staff was super kind and very helpful though, great customer service.

I liked this store the first 2-3 times I went but I unfortunately won’t be returning. I don’t like getting to the register and then finding out the price that’s marked on a package is “incorrect”. Especially when all the items were marked with the same price. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Now I wonder if this happened with past purchases and I didn’t notice…

Worst customer service ever! Never again would I come back to them. I asked for a color in gel and the owner looked at me and say, don’t have it. He didn’t even look at me or the color! I guess they only give their “best” customer service to those who spend a lot of $$$$. The previous customer, the owner was so sweet and attentive. I’m guessing cause she spent over $300 on nail supplies. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 He sure sounds like he enjoyed kissing her behind. By the way, this place is totally overpriced.

First time in a nails supply store and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Wanted to do “gel”nails and checked with the friendly gentleman at the counter and he was super helpful. Talked me through every step and showed me what supplies I would need in order to attempt my preferred look. There was no pressure to buy on his end at all. He allowed me time to look and decide on whatever I needed. Once I completed my purchase and checked out, he sent home a few extra “gifts” to further make my nails more complete. I was in total shock of his nice gesture and the prices were unbeatable as well. So grateful for his help and for me to have made the right stop!
