Worked with lamperts 2 years ago on a lean too project and got excellent service and project went great. Returned 2 years later for a deck upgrade and 2 patio doors. Worked with Curtis and it was clear at outset he did not have time or energy for a DIY. I purchased 10k in materials and Curtis didnt have enough time to answer email questions. I know 10k from a DIY really isn't much but the lack of customer service from Curtis is disappointing and frustrating. I have a 3500sq foot siding project this spring and I will be looking elsewhere for that.
