Ordered a shake and it was just milk with a little bit of flavoring. It was so liquidy I almost spilled it on myself. At least the drive-thru was kinda fast.

We were just there Thursday night, we waited forever for our food, and when it finally was brought out none of our shakes or concrete mixers were actually mixed. Looks like they just dumped the stuff in, put in the custard and sent them out. Not only that, but while I was ordering the girl was constantly rushing me and cutting me off. She didn't listen and I had to constantly repeat what I was getting because she was talking over me. We spend a lot of money here since we have a big family, and it has been hit or miss lately. This is the closest Culver's to our house, but maybe we should start driving to a different one or get our burgers and ice cream from somewhere else.

We waited 15 mins on our food and then when we finally got it and got home all to find we figured out why we waited so long and five cars behind us got out of there before we did as they sent out burnt family size onion rings as they are so hard you can’t even eat them and to beat it all I asked for no onions on the burgers and well got onions. Ruined time!!!!

Lake Mills' Culvers serves crispy fries, a hot grilled chicken sandwich, and soft drink efficiently. The order was perfect and I enjoyed my lunch in the car. But the best part was I could actually understand the woman on the microphone!!!
