I took my Galaxy S22 Ultra in for repair after the screen was cracked and the paint was chipped from it being dropped. I've never cracked a screen before so didn't really know what to expect. I actually massaged them thru Google and they responded the following day. They were very helpful, answered my questions and set me up with an appointment. I dropped my phone off at 1pm and they called my alternative phone number within the two hour repair window indicating it was fixed. The employees were very courteous and answered every question I asked. Also, my phone looks and works perfectly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing phone repair.
